DEAR FRIENDS, NOW JUST I THE THE ARTICLE OF MR.BALAJI TAMBE ON De-stress Mantra for the New Year = C.E.O. IT IS FOR ALL YOU FRIENDS I ATTACH THIS ARTICLE HERE. READ IT, IT IS VERY USEFUL TO ALL

Stress and strain are both byproducts of any activity or business. Where there is action, there will be a reaction. In any action, one usually expects the fruits in the direction of profit only and avoid losses of reaction. Most of our actions are time bound and there is always the urgency of meeting deadlines. All our actions, whether at home or in the office, are for positive outcomes and under time pressure. This gives rise to continuous tension and stress.

There are three main principles that can help you to come out of this stress circle.

The first is to execute any and every action with Calmness and Courage. These qualities help you to face odd situations and take difficult decisions.

The second pillar is Energy. Energy is the first requirement of any action, without energy there is no action. Hence energise yourself. Eat the right food, practice yoga and meditate.

The last principle is to be Omnipresent with holistic approach in your attitude.

  • Undertake any action considering it to be a part of the whole.
  • Avoid fragmentation and limiting your actions only by keeping you as the main centre or the beneficiary of all your actions.
  • Try to act for the benefit of more and more people.
  • The aim is to come to a point of acting for the benefit of everyone, everywhere, all the time.

So a person having calmness and courage, who is full of energy and looks after the entire interest of any organization is the one who can easily win over stress.

That's the meaning of the word C.E.O., the chief executive officer in my dictionary.

  • C stands for courage and calmness
  • E for energy
  • O for omnipresent

Therefore this de-stress mantra will especially benefit all the personnel's who are in the administration and mamagement departments.

Real time (Mahakal) is the main solvent or energy throughout the cosmos. Real time is real energy. If you have time, you are energetic and fresh. When you don't have time to do the things, you are stressed and tensed.

The time that we are talking about here is not the chronological time, but the real absolute time.

The winning mantra for every executive is to come out of this chronological time, at least one hour a day or once a week, once a month or once a year.

This clock or the calendar that measures the interval between two events is the chronological time. The clock is continuously ticking, measuring the chronological time and demanding more and more from us, reminding of all the incomplete jobs that await our attention!

So it is a good exercise to be out of the chronological time, at least once a week and be connected to and in tune with the real time.

When you are together with this real time, you get energized and this day is called as a 'holy day'. To enjoy this holiday, keep minimum or no appointments on this day, so you don't have to be bound in time for all happenings and events.

It almost means that on this day, you will not wear your wrist watch, nor will you look at the wall clock and be relaxed. But this does not mean that one has to lie down somewhere or sit down in a chair, but take it easy is the mantra of this holiday.

Please take out some time to clean your body (Panchakarma) and take holidays for relaxation other than sight seeing and entertainment.

Along with this mantra, I would suggest a simple 'Santulan Yoga Technique' that is prescribed for all and specially for executives.

  • The technique begins by sitting down relaxed with eyes closed for at least about 10 minutes.
  • Keep both the hands just above the knees, palms facing upwards having a gentle contact between the thumb and the index finger (Dhyan mudra).
  • One can feel the pulse beats at the contact point between the thumb and the index finger.
  • Count 108 beats and tune to your inner sound Aum.

Meditations sessions planned all over the world are meant for helping to bring you out of this chronological time. Hence you feel relaxed and experience quietness and joy. Meditation not only helps you to come out of the chronological time but also merges you with the real time which is the same as the pranic force to offer courage, calmness, energy and organizational loyalty.

On behalf of myself & the entire Atmasantulana Village team, I would like to

wish a very happy New Year to all our relaxed readers

Shri Balaji Tambe
